If you do not have a Keka Natural's account, please check your inbox for the initial subscription confirmation email and click the link provided to manage your subscription.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, please ensure you cancel before a new subscription order is generated. You will always receive a notification a couple of days prior to a new subscription order being created.
If the subscription order has already been generated and you cancel after receiving the order confirmation email, please note that your order is already in the system, and you are only canceling the subscription, not the order. To cancel the order, please send us an email with your order number. Keep in mind that we cannot cancel orders that have already been dispatched.
