I feel very healthy and energised and my skin is glowier and brighter.
Only a week in and I see results of brightening and clear skin on my face. I thought the previous reviews were unrealistic or fake. But wow. #real
I been using it for 4 weeks now I see great results p.s I have also gone 1 shade lighter in my foundation match totally wanna buy it again. Highly recommend also for the best results take it in the morning on an empty stomach for maximum absorption.

I’ve only been taking them a short time so can’t comment on any effects. However I am happy to say that I am tolerating them which is a bonus for me. I have histamine intolerance so have to introduce supplements slowly but so far I am tolerating them well
